Stafford

Stafford was all about the youngsters. Ruth Williams’ Malbay Master (pictured with Ruth) did his first ever affiliated event, a BE80(T). He did a sweet test for 33, had a couple of baby rails in the show jumping and just one moment of confusion at some very shiny barrels on the cross country. Once he understood the question, he popped over them second time around. An exciting time for all of us.

Seapatrick Dancing Diamond posted the best result of the group, a 4th in the BE100Open. Normally ridden by Amy Aspden, Jeanette is on ‘maternity cover’.

SSH Tom Boy was also in the ribbons, finishing 9th in the BE90Open.

Finally Future Game of Hearts made light work of the BE100Plus cross country but had previously decided that she didn’t much fancy doing dressage that day.
