Jeanette Brakewell and Forever RedOsberton was a fantastic week. Jeanette was competing KEC Salza, Forever Red and Stormbays Delight.

KEC Salza posted another consistent dressage result, 47.9, jumped clear XC but unusually earned 12 penalties in the show jumping which knocked him down the leader board.

Forever Red was the star of the week, 50.7 and a double clear to finish 29th in the CCI2*.

Stormbays Delight took on the challenge of competing at a championship in the 5YO class. She wasn’t phased by the atmosphere and took everything in her stride. She scored 37 in the dressage, had two down show jumping (after pulling off a shoe early in the course) and jumped a confident clear across country. Even though she wasn’t placed near the top it’s always important to notice the progression these young horses are making – Stormbays Delight has improved so much recently.
